im not 100% sure but i believe it will , if u look at the 3rd picture in the link , the bolt holes on the bottom look like they line up with the 3 on our fender

You're good. They all fit the same.
But I have a question. I have the same passenger seat on mine, and that line, or drop-off about 1/3 the way back is said to be extremely uncomfortable for the lady riding. What is that for? I recently got a new one from another forum member, and that line is not there. What gives?
