The stuff you're thinking about might be the Ride-On tire sealant which is supposed to balance like the Dyna Beads. They do recommend adding a couple of ounces extra for the balancing.

As far as 30 mph you won't notice any imbalance at that speed anyway. If the tire is going fast enough to keep the beads spread all around the inside then they'll be working.

Since the rear tire is more apt to need a plug during its life the beads could be a problem since the glue on the plug would cause most of the beads to clump in one place. For that reason I use Ride-On in the rear.

When you get the tire mounted you want to make sure they don't use an excessive amount of mounting lube. A lot of that inside the tire will also cause the beads to clump.

Thanks for the input. Ride On is exactly what I was thinking about. Even though al that use the beads swear by them I may go with the Ride On instead.
Anyone else use it?

The beads were only put in the front, instant smoothness. My ride has never been this smooth. I plan on running the Ride On in the rear, exactly for the reasons listed.
