A set of Allen keys and a spare clutch cable insert. I have a sets of fuses, a spark plug and the tool for that. Lastlyz I have a small first iAd kit and tie wraps It all fits into my small fork bag

Because I have Had a Ben Herr manifold, I carried a whole saddlebag full of tools. Never left home without them, ever. Now though I can see a reduction in the future.

It is something we should make a list of things you actually need that will actually work.

Th factory stuff is pretty lame.

Rescue tape and RV glue are two things I have to have,

If you still have a fuel pump it may be a good idea to carry some fuel line in case you have to bypass it. You should carry extra fuses as well and one of those small multi meters (for DC voltage and continuity).
Some of those screw down type ball ends for cables might be smart, too.
I also carry my Leatherman.

First and foremost a Cell Phone. Secondly add bike coverage to your towing plan. I have been able to fix all the little stuff with whats in my pockets and already on the bike. If its minor you will likely be able to limp to an auto parts store. If its major you will be far better off in a well equipped shop than on the side of the road with a pair of vice grips. Failures Ive dealt with over the years include flat tires, blown fuses, broken chains, broken belts, dead batteries, a lack of fuel, various electrical problems, loose and missing fasteners, fouled plugs, and a few others Im sure Im forgetting. Bottom line is you cant perpare for everything so make sure you can call for help and it wont cost a fortune.
