I had one on my V-star and missed it when I got the roadstar. The two issues with it is that you have to drill a hole in the neck of the bike to mount the bar (needed a right angle drill) which was not that bib of a deal. The other is I have floor board extensions on my roadstar and I had to alter the linby bar to work. Not too bad though. I love ti now that it is on. I would update my pic but the camera is at the shop, but when I get it back I will. Platinum Boarder Posts: 1040 Re:Highwat Bars 4 Years, 5 Months ago   Hey javawave, I've had mine since about last Feb, and I really like them. I bought mine mainly for the looks. They are not as tall as some, which is not as handy if you put the vinyl weather fronts on them for the winter. If you use lowers, it will make up for it though. I made plexiglass fronts for mine that I use when it really gets cold. I just zip tie them on, then cut em off when it warms back up. It doesn't stay cold more that a few days at a time here. Not very high tech, but it works I bought mine new on eBay, and gave $250 & free shipping. Platinum Boarder Posts: 1040 Re:Highwat Bars 4 Years, 5 Months ago   Yea, I had to drill mine. Wasn't a hard install at all, hardest part was drilling the double wall for the upper bolt.
