Damn guys would you seriously go out riding on a bike with airplane propellers for wheels and a landing gear strut for a front end???? Jesse hit it right on the head when he joked about them putting kazoos, pinwheels and streamers all over their stuff. It's pretty but so is a Christmas Tree, just don't try to put wheels on it and call it a bike!

I kept hearing what a "rider" JJ thought his bike was. Did you see how he had to look around the front end going down the road? Between that and it being a rigid to me it is FAR from a rider and I assure you his neck and back would be aching after about 100 miles on that thing. While the big wheels were a little much Jr's bike would probably be more comfortable if he had a little padding in the seat. Of course with the tiny gas tank it would have been tough to go too far. Just like most concept vehicles you see at shows usually they aren't meant to be ridden/driven very far but to show new idea's. Jr. hands down had the most innovation. Hell most of the production OCC bikes look better than what JJ built. I tip my hat to the stainless frame, but like he even said in one of the clips - he blew his wad on the frame. Beyond that it was an uncomfortable bar hopper that can be seen at any local watering hole each and every night. The fact of the matter is - which bike would you stop and look at if you were walking down a street and seen parked. I am not counting Sr's snow mobile, but even it showed more innovation that JJ's bike. I think the single sided front and rear with the right wheels and tires is a great concept. It would definitely make tire changes easier.

Say what you want about Jr. - the boy has some serious vision and has the crew to make it reality.
And if it were not for Paul Sr's. hard work to make money in the beginning with the business he built Jr. would be NO WHERE!!! He would not have the money to buy the equipment he was able to buy had he not sued his own Father for a piece of the business. While he may have some talent he's still a spoiled f***ing little brat that I have no respect for. I didn't get along with my father either but I would NEVER have thought to disrespect him and talk to him the way Jr. did his father.
Sorry this subject of OCC rubs me wrong.
I agree whole heartedly I am just baseing my opinion on the bike they built. Jr. definitely forgot who got him where he is and took advantage of being "the boss's son". It's funny how he was always late and leaving early when working for dad and now they talk about working 15 hour days 7 days a week to get bike's done. If his heart would have been in it like that with OCC he would have been dad's best employee. Like most places though if you don't sign the paychecks you don't truly appreciate what it takes to keep the lights on. I know there are things I would change if I could go back to when I worked for dad.

I'm darn sure not saying JJ's is a rider of the ilk I would build or ride. It's the only one that is argueably a rider in that group of three. His mistake was the amount of frame rise, I think he would tell you he blew that. I also think he would admit using a freaking EVO motor was a problem too. Should have been a Shovel or Knuck or pretty much anything else.
No doubt JR is/was ungrateful for what the old man did earning the money to start OCC. However the bikes built by Senior prior to the show were pretty much nothing. There is no doubt that Junior was the visionary for design at Senior's shop. However he and the old man must have had a long time to get to how they operated with each other. My old man would have fired me the very FIRST time I was late.
