New to the forum & the Roadstar 4 Years, 7 Months ago

Hello to all,

I purchased a 2006 Roadstar Silverado 2 days ago, and I'm really excited about it. I've been riding bikes for many years now, and I recently decided to go back into the cruiser market. The Roadstar was the way to go for me. I've only put 100 miles on it,but I'm ready for more saddletime. It's a used bike with 11000 miles on it and a ton of accessories. I'm impressed so far. It's a very comfortable, smooth shifting, and fun bike to ride. I must admit it sounds great with the BUB pipes too. I'll be doing alot of reading on the forum to learn as much as I can about the bike. I'm not the most mechanically inclined person but I can do the basics. I live in the Research Triangle Park area of NC.

In my humble opinion, you purchased that right bike. I am mechanicly impaired and ride the bike with the least amount of down time a 07 Roadstar. Enjoy and watch out for those wet leaves around the next corner...
