almost....Tug,

Ultima seat does not cover the "A" frame fender mount, where Looney's seat does cover the "A" frame by looking at "Retro's bike" picture at the beginning of this thread you can see. thought i would have to fab one up... but will be looking for a Looney's seat if one becomes available.
