Sold my 07 the guy is coming to pick her up tomorrow at 10:30 from Austin. He will have a 4 hour ride home as bet he will be grinning every inch of it. Got a feeling is going to get a shock going from a 1600 to the 07 with all the goodies on it and the 45 HSR. I took it out yesterday and polished it all up then thew the bike cover over it so it will look like new when he gets here. Kinda hate to see it go cause it was a comfortable ride and when it is cold the windshield and lowers sure help. Now I have to man up and tough it out with no windshield and all the comforts. OH well it going to a good home.
SS I got a Barons Two Bobbed fender the other day for $60 I am going to fill all the holes in on it and adapt it like I did the OEM fender. I want to keep the same contour so I may have to cut some and make it the same but that is a little more weight of the old girl. Other than that I am not sure I want to do anything else to it. I am sure in time some stupid idea will hit me.
Cody every time my wife see's me looking on craigslist at boats she get this funny look on her face says "A BOAT". So that may take some time. I have seen a couple that I can pick up for less than $1000 that would be a good project. The hydroplane was just a little out of my reach.
