Ok,
I pulled all the parts out and set up my jig and welder in my garage, Looks like I have parts to build 20. I'll try to start knocking these out. It's pretty time consuming, it takes me about 2 hours for each one (welding and sanding it up for chrome) I will keep you guys posted.

He also said the cost, shipped would be $165 for the raw only.
I dunno, perhaps we should request them being made out of stainless... Then you can ship them out and the recipient can polish or what ever.

I looked into stainless and it was outrageous! I would have to sell them for about $250.
I welded a couple up today, haven't heard back from the chrome shop on pricing yet. I work 10-12hr days so it's hard to get a lot of time in.
