Looking for a set of Champion EZsteer triple trees 1 Year, 3 Months ago
I am looking to see if I can find a set of used Champion EZsteer triple trees for my roadstar with the sidecar. If anybody knows of a set, please let me know. Otherwise, I need to buy new and they are very pricey.

I know there are other raked trees, but the ezsteer keeps the fork tins and retains the mounts for the stock windshield.

Thanks

Yep, know Rick from way back. I need the stock windshield mounts and the ezsteer is the only one that has it. Thanks for the suggestion though.

Hi Pat - Have you considered raking the stock neck. You can get 6* and it's really not a big job for someone with a grinder, a welder, a little bondo and some paint and it would maintain the whole stock front end. If you were up this way I'd do it for you for $200.00 and be done in a day. Gotta be someone in your area with ability to do the work. I can get you pics and instructions if you would decide to go that way.

I have rakedcycles trees, you can keep your tins & I use the stock windshield mounts on mine. So I'm confused as to why you feel champions trees are the only ones out there????

Hey Marty, would take you up on that if it was my 01 but trying to keep this one as stock as I can.

Maybe I need to let you build me a frame like your existing one

Guess I need to check back with Rick, but what I remembered, his did not have the holes for the yamaha windshield brackets.

Are you saying that your top and bottom trees from Rick have holes for the yamaha windshield brackets?

Your trees from Rick have the holes for the stock silverado windshield brackets? I e-mailed Rick but have not heard back yet.

I found this blurb in his faq section about windshiild holes.

Can I use the existing front turn signals?
• By request, we will machine the trees for the light bar and lower windshield mount.

I had seen that but noticed it skipped the holes mounted on the top tree. Since his trees are rounded and have a wavey line, I dont see the stock mounts working. Waiting to see if Rick mails me back.
