Try the avon air cushion grips and a throttle lock so you can relax your grip
I don't understand why what exhaust you have matters as far as vibration
+1 on throttle lock best thing I ever did sure is nice on long ride to let throttle hand take a rest .It not cruse control but man I have had no problems with hands cramping up after installing it

I use a device called a crampbuster. It's not a cruise control rather it's a paddle that's on the grip and you can rest you hand, open your fingers. Works real good.I have a few friends that have this too.

I had the same problem, installed my 16" apes which put my hands about shoulder height. No longer have the problem.

Soaking in coffee seems to keep my hands awake longer. Just kidding. My apes and soft grips seem to do the job of eliminating vibration.

Be careful, you may never go back! Ape hangers are like resting your arm out the window of an old pick up. They're like the first time you realized how great beer is. They're like the first time you saw a dynamite rack and realized great racks, I mean ape hangers, will always make life great!
