I have one of these - pop rivet put it on and it REALLY does make a huge difference with the cars behind me.

They back off and most leave a much healthier distance. I've been asked several times where to get one.

I hope they don't become too popular and become commonplace or the cagers will ignore it too.
So I suppose I should tell you how very bad they are and ummmm don't work either, a waste of $$$.

the RTB from Kury is Plug and play and that is what bushr has...

and does a lot more than just the back off modulator

It flashes 3 times then goes steady but on the brakes BUT it turns your signal lights into running and brake lights as well but you gotta buy red lenses or red bulbs for the signal lights
AND if you paint the anemic white tailight red with red translucent stained glass or lens paint ... you have the best rear lighting available...

For those of you who might want this, but missed out on the deal: Here's a link to a modulator that I bought and installed. In fact I bought the combo with the headlight modulator included. The total outlay was about $93.00.

Install was easy for both components. Headlight install all fits in the the bucket and the brake mod. fits under the seat with no problem. Shipping was fast and these things work like a charm. Between the flashing headlight and the obnoxious yellow passing lights I think I should be seen out there in traffic.

I had the signal dynamics backoff module and have to say it got people's attention, but it quit working after 15 months. Of course it's only garenteed
for one year. But to be fair I had one on my v-star and it worked
forever. Just my 03cents

Jumping in here, Kuryakan has a real plug and play Run Turn Brake module with the Back off feature. I have one on my scoot now for over a year. It took a total of 3 minutes to install. Take the seat off and unplug the line on the left side and plug in the module. The kit also inculded a second load equalizer to make the turn signals behave properly. It lights up the rear of the scooter well and the back off gets attention. I noticed right away people stayed back further and stopped sooner after I put the module on.

I've got Hyperlights on the rear of my Roadie. They work independantly from the tail light. They can be set up to flash 5 times or continuously when the brakes are applied.

And yes, they DO get people's attention!

I've been thinking about the run/turn/tail module from Kuryakyn. Looks like a good thing to add more light to the rear of your bike.

I'm all for anything that makes the bike safer but I'm also curious about one more thing. I noticed you guys said it fits under the seat. Would this module interfere with a dragger seat since its low already?

IF you relocate the tool pouch to your saddlebags there is plenty of room where the pouch used to be.
