Thanks. Sounds like WD or Liquid Wrench type stuff. Might look for this on the shelf and pick up a trial size. If it's made by them it's probably good stuff too.

How much seafoam did you use ? i guess you filled the tank with fresh gas then put alittle seafoam in i bought some and have not used it yet but how much did you put in the gas tank ???

i drained the gas (i'll use it for the mowers). i filled the tank to 3/4 full of frsh gas. poured 4 onces of seafoam (1/4 of the bottle) in. i DID NOT expect that kind of performance increase. i dying to install a ported manifold and new plugs. Eleanor should be like a rocket then. wally world has seafoam for about $8.

I too love it. I use it once a year in the fuel and it keeps me running great. It's like an apple a day for the bike!

I use it in all my gas motors - bike, mower, weed eater, truck, wife's jeep. I also put a can in my truck right before an oil change and run it for about 15 minutes (down the road) and I feel it acts as an engine flush....good stuff.

Re:seafoam miracle & air cleaner 1 Year, 1 Month ago
I have not tried Seafoam, but I do add Marvel Mystery Oil to my gas at nearly every fillup with great results. 25,000 miles and I've not had a single problem with my '07 Silverado. I use 2 ounces at each full tank. My plugs have stayed in great shape, start-up and idle is never a problem and I get a pretty rock-solid honest 37-40 mpg, even with two-up. This spring I added 4 ounces to my crankcase before going out and running hard for 10 miles or so. The oil had been changed right before winter, and I had put about 1000 miles on it since the last change. (I just wanted to get any condensation and acids out) It was a dark-honey color before I added the MMO. Afterwards, it was a LaBrea tarpit black, so there must be something to it's cleaning abilities. I changed the oil and filter after the run with the MMO, and the bike (still) runs great. One thing I noticed was that my clutch was slipping sometimes at high rpm's and after the cleaning with the MMO, it has disappeared. Maybe it just needed some of the old clutch dirt cleaned out? MMO is cheap (a gallon is about $14.00 at WalMart) and I use it in everything I run....

Home Depot and Menards have seafoam for about $6.50 a can. I keep two around and use it in everything that takes gas.

Deep Creep does seem to work on frozen nuts/bolts. It's not instantaneous, but if given a chance to soak in, it does seem to be more effective than some of the competing pentrating oils.
