Be careful what you ask for.
Back when I did photography work on the side people would approach me to photograph weddings. Weddings are a royal pain in the rear, trust me on this. So I'd quote ever higher and higher prices. People would pay it and I'd have heart burn the entire time I was shooting. I finally priced the last one so high that the bride to be asked me if I was trying to charge so much that nobody would hire me. I looked her square in the eyes and said "Yes!". I never shot another wedding again and was glad about it.
Point of the story is that if you quote it there may actually be someone out there willing to pay it. Would I sell the bike? In a heartbeat I would. Even though I had poured some of my life into it via custom work and might have had some emotion invested, I would let it go. My time and emotion can be bought for the right price
