This is a very subjective question. I ran R/H 2/1 for some time, loved the sound (low/deep), but with the forwards, they touched down too easy for me. Now I have the V/H propipe, great power also, Slightly louder, and they have only touched down like 4 times. With floorboards, it's a toss up, as they are both good. With pegs, you can get the bike over much further , I'd say the propipe wins , hands down. I have zero info on Cobra. Hope this helps. BB

I have the Cobra 2 into 1. Very good power but a bit loud at highway speeds. Sound goes from a low thump at idle to a roar at higher RPM. They do not have the cracking sound you get from some others. Hope that helps sounds are so subjective. Oh yeah if your better half rides with you she may want ear plugs. Mine wears them now.

I run the Hard Krome side burner. It is very loud and deep. I have had several people say that my bike does not sound like a Road Star at all with this pipe. The only time I have scraped the pipe was on the Dragon on one of the 312 turns . I do wear ear plugs on long highway rides, with a shorty helmut I hear the wind more than the pipes .

I just installed the Roadhouse, replacing the homemade straight pipes. I love it, I'm running it without any baffle, with the size of the muffler it makes a very deep rumble, and is still mellow, versus the straight pipes. I have the performance baffle on order but it has been on back order for two weeks now. No matter which you decide on you'll love two into ones due to the performance advantage.

hope you have better luck with your back order. I have had dooleys on order with them forever. I have been given 6 different dates -- looks like a winter project now, if they ever ship them

If you want to go one step further than 2 into 1

I am impressed with the Speedstar Megacone ...

It is a 2 into 1 header...attached to a 1 into 2 big can muffler..

Sound is awesome..and performance is something else...

My experience any hoo

I'm runnin' V&H 2 in 1 and love both sound and performance. Nice low rumble, lots of torque. Higher RPM's sound mellows out for long rides. My lady loves it. Says she sleeps to the tune. PT
