I still haven't solved the issue with my signals, speedo, odometer, clock & fuel gauge working imtermittenly or they work until i touch the brakes(front or rear) the brake light and horn will not work at all. I have opened the wiring harness,no naked wires & no obvious signs of grounding/arching. the headlight is off,no signs of arching. had the battery load tested- it's good.I have checked the fuse block, 14.47 volts. checked the main
fuse-good, the headlight, passing lights & running light work as they should. I have replaced the turn signal relay, problem still exist. I know the igniton ignitor produces a charge to the coils which improves spark on the plugs. does the ignitor produce a eletrical charge that's distributed thru the harness which provides power to stuff that's not working right?i just don;t feel that the problem is in the harness. I have moved, wiggled, created slack, created a bit of tension on the harness & still haveing issues with the thngs i mentioned. this electrical issue has caused me to chase my tail for 2 weeks now. I have watched a few videos about the ignitor. the videos are showing the voltage on a multi meter, turn signals working, horn working, tail & brake light working..etc.. my thought is why are those things being pointed out unless the ignitor has some bearing on them. thanks for any input, advice, direction in advance.
