Ordered mine on 04/05. At the time their website was saying 5-7 biz days, but on the phone they told me 10-15, which is fine. It's been 20 biz days today, so I guess we'll see when I call them.

[RANT:] The only thing that gets me is that she let it slip on the phone that they were down to one man because everyone else had gone down to bike week. Now that's fine with me, I understand the need to drum up new business, and I'm sure bike weeks are huge $$ generators for small companies. But it also feels like they abandoned paying customers like me in favor of seeking out new ones. How bout leave another guy back at the shop if you're that busy? [/RANT]

I know these feel like first world problems lol.

She let it slip to me that they had some people leave, but it didn't sound like it was to bike week.

However they finally shipped mine, but I am in Tennessee right now, should be there when I get home on Monday.

They gave me a definitive ship date of Monday, so worst case is maybe I'll ahve it painted and mounted by the end of May, maybe sooner.

You only find specials when business is slow. 4 weeks behind, no specials

Funny and true.

Lisa let me know that on top of being short staffed, there's only one mold to make the Roadstar fairing, and it can make a maximum of 2 per day. She said all Roadstar orders were getting pushed back by this limitation, and something to do with a Sony stereo backorder issue, which means that too many of you Roadstar people are going the fairing route! Cut it out guys, it was my idea first!

Man I'm glad I got mine back in November. Ordered and got it in a week. The speaker holes was also cut to 5.25, so that saved me some time.

Mine took like almost two months, When I called it seemed as though e bay/ pay pal people came first since they have recourse, if you pay cash, or credit card, you go to the bottom of the list. No complaint about the product, but they are not delivering what they say on the site as far as times go.

I beefed up and backed up the holes where it mounts to the mounts, it looked like a cracking spot to me. Used epoxy and big thick square 1/4 in thick washers.
