Do a Google search for Yamaha Roadstar trailer hitch. There are at least two companies making them.

I've seen them, they are "Bolted" together, the one Ironman made for me was all one piece with solid welds all around. Probably one of the most solid parts on the rear of the bike.

That's great Darn, but he isn't making them anymore. Is he? I just thought I'd let those guys that want a hitch know they can find them if they look.

Don't get me wrong, if you can't find a welded up one, or get one made like icatchemall did, the bolted on ones will probably do the trick and get you "Hooked" up (pun intended)
If I bought a bolted up one, I would probably put it on, get it adjusted to the correct size I need and take it off in one piece and have it welded up to make it stronger, so I wouldn't spend extra on the "Chrome" model if you know what I mean.

Here is a hitch I have been working on. As ironman said a lot of work is in to making one. Here are some final pic's tested out last week and alls well. I welded mine on and also beef up the sub frame (Thanks Curt for the info) I do have someone that will laser all my parts.
Hey catch -
Any chance you have the plans for that hitch? Any chance you'd share them for those of us DIY types that don't have time to do it ALL ourselves? I'm sure I could find a place locally to laser those parts out, then I could fit them and weld 'em up!
Thanks! If you have those plans in digital format and are willing to share, I can PM you my email address.

Ummm... just look at the previous posts?? Sorry, but it doesn't get much more explicit than that..
I'm not trying to be a smart Arse... but if you pull your rear fender, and remove the subframe, you will be able to see how much room you have, just draw it out on some cardboard for each side, match them up, and cut them out.
