Re:My Project 1 Year ago
Well took the bike out for the first ride today. Runs good, but seems rich, pipes are sooted up inside. Filled the tank and added the 4oz of seafoam. Was able to hit the rev limiter in 1st, but due to the road I was on, not able to hit it in 2nd or 3rd, maybe tomorrow.

Re:My Project 1 Year ago
Well this bike is turning into a $100 bike, every stop at the parts store is a $100 or so. Got all the parts for the rear brake hose $100. Ordered some parts (passing light lens, bulb, etc) from previous damage, $100. Got the brake line replaced today and looked at the brake, guess what it needs pads soon, just ordered those $120. As the guy at the parts store said, at least its not a $300 or $400 bike. Now for the rain and snow (yes I know its mid May)to stop so I can go for some longer rides.

Re:My Project 12 Months ago
Ok, installed the kury RTB yesterday along with red rear LED turns with clear leds, a LED tail light, amber ft turns with clear lens, fixed the passing light, and installed a headlight module. The thing lights up like a christmas tree now. Also went back to stock risers. Will post pics soon.

On the other projects, brake pads arrive tonight, new tires get installed next Thursday, used stock seat should arrive any day, then there is just the carb adjustments and the fuel level gauge for now, paint and body this winter.

Still snowing up there?

My neighbor said that's why Harley's initials are HD. Every time he went to the shop, it cost him a hundred dollars.
