Thanks guys and -- duh hanging out for the jokes and BS is a great idea.

To answer a post - of course at idle it shakes your teeth. Once you get going, and for sure at the top end I would say it is a smoother more comfortable ride. My wife has back issues and after looking into getting a full trunk, seat and bigger hard bags this just made sense. Here is a pic.

Trying again with a smaller pic. You think I would have figured this out by now!

I always thought the HD guys slipped him a fiver every now and then, to keep an eye on us.

That is a pretty scooter, Whitestar. The two tone blue looks really good.

But you didn't factor in the $$ you'll be spending on HD clothing, Belt buckles, Bumper stickers, etc. You'll be lucky to break even.

Re:Qutta here 1 Year ago
From one white star to another, I joined the HD club with an Ultra Classic about 6 months ago. I kept my Roadie though. I enjoy both and will keep both as long as I can, but like you my wife has back and neck problems and could not ride on the Roadie for more than a 100 miles or so and then she was done. The Ultra she can go about 400.
The Ultra is a better touring bike, but the Roadie will blow its wheels off and I would really be torn to pick one over the other.
