Quick question then for anyone who has had experience with both... Is the 465 worth the money as opposed to replacing the stock spring with a progressively wound one? The price differential is substantial. I'm not against getting my hands dirty and changing the spring, but if the 465 is really worth the extra $200 - $300 over the replacement spring, I might just wait a bit longer until the slush fund gets built up again.

Phat has the 465 for Roadstar on for $369.95 .....I did it and love the ride...my better half just had her first ride with me 3 up tonight and she definitely feels the improvement and I only have the dial on 2 out of a possible 5....

I did the front progressives also but my kit didnt come with the washers it mentioned lol. I bought some the same diamter as springs. I also have the progressive rear spring and it is way better than stock but would love to have the new shock system.

On a more serious note.. looks like I'll save my pennies and snag the 465 at some point this summer then. Thanks for the info.
