I lowered mine yesterday and changed the spring. What a difference.

Yes. Takes bump much better and bike seems more stable. I did not have to adjust the shock pre-load. I road about 100 miles today and it seems to be just right as is. So far so good anyway. I ride only solo so I'm not worried about it bottoming out.

did you use adjustable links to lower it?

Me too...I just compress it between my index finger and my thumb... or..well...actually....I just bought....a progressive 465 and had it installed....lmao

No Stevie, I changed out the stock relay arm to the Baron's. I still have the stock dog bones but a new Baron's spring (red).
