I Love My Roadstar! 1 Year ago
After finally getting my carb dialed in, progressive springs up front, Speedstar Long Drags with Hard Kore Baffles, my bike is running like a clock and handles like it's on rails!

Took a long ride tonight down to Finger Lake south of Rochester - to charge up battery after leaving ignition on last night

I couldn't be happier with how my Midnight Star us running/handling. Hope I can keep the upgrade bug at bay and just enjoy her for a long while

(I need to update my sig pic)

i did the 7wt and im happy i had lowering springs at the time and they are stiffer by themselves so i didn't want to heavy of a oil and make it ride like a tank but im sure both 7 or 10 will be a nice change in either spring setup

I used an excuse like that Saturday, around 5pm told the wife I was going to the post office to check the mail, about a 25 mile ride, came back 2 1/2 hours later. My wife asked what took so long and I said their was nothing in the box so I rode a little and came back and this letter was there. She then reminded me the post office closes at noon on Saturday. Damn I really need to remember what day it is when I come up with these stories.

I did the rear first with a 465 progressive whole unit. Never been better, that's why I'm lookin at the front as I've got some diving when braking..and the front's were serviced about 10000 miles ago.
