I always wanted a Valkrie. Should have bought one back when I was young and strong enough to hold it up. Those things with the rev limiter removed will flat out FLY!!!!!!!

My father in law had a Valkyrie Interstate. It would torque wheelie in first gear when you whacked it at mid- rpm. I don't usually stand in judgement, but if it didn't impress you WITH the rev limiter, you have perception issues!
I have a couple of friends that have them. They'll run close to 140 MPH, and it don''t take 'em long to get there.
They do average about 28MPG though.

Probably Yamahas, we're the biggest bunch of jerks there is
I tried to talk to a couple of R* riders on the BRP and they were actually a couple of Swinging Richards.

Hey, big girls need loving too.
I agree, My lady loves my bike almost as much as I do. Honest honey I am polishing the bike not caressing it.

I looked at one when I bought the R* last fall. As I stood there and looked at it I had the thought of holding it up in 10 yrs, that alone was enough to make the decision to keep looking. Cool bikes but very heavy.

Have you ever seen the "nickel trick"?
Stand a nickel on it's edge on the cylinder head of a Valky. Start it, and rev it to the limiter, and the nickel don't move!
Smooth motor! I had to do it 3 times the first time I heard about it.
