Cant say i have notised above the noise.I try to ignore the noise so i must ignore the vibration as well. The only thing that gets through now and then is the belt noise.Mainly when i am riding between high walls of a canyon or buildings.

When I'm holding a steady speed, usually running 1800 to 2200 rpm
Even brought it down in 5th gear to 45mph, a nice thumping 14,1500rpm
Think it was 50mph in 4th was about 1900rpm. Only time I'm past 2500rpm is when hitting throttle and up shifting. I always shift in the middle of the max Tq band (2200-3200rpm). I'm running the stock 33 tooth, I have no reason to change it.

There was a chart on here yr's back, pure math to figure rpms to speed for all the available pulleys. Basically, across the mph range, each tooth equals just a bit less than 100rpm. So from a 33 to a 31, just about 200rpms higher
