Wow what a change 10 Months, 3 Weeks ago
Did the 31 tooth pulley,4 inch rise 1.5 pull back pro one riser, and the barnett clutch conversion.
All I can say is what a change, it has made a great bike even better. Thanks to the great people on
this forum,I would not have known what to do to make this bike better. Thanks guys.

Next is exhaust,and a fairing,paint.

By the way I was able to take the clutch cover off without recking the gasket.Whats up with that....

Anyways thanks for all the great advice guys.

You've been busy. Still have a couple of things to do but no one ever really finishes, do they? Got to make your ride your own.

I would love to see side by side rpm numbers at highway speeds of the stock pulley vs. 31T.

A while back, someone posted a table of the differences of RPM's between the different front pulleys available. It was all based on mathematical calculations. Taking the gearing ratio, stock tire sizing too.

What it boiled down to was for each tooth difference, there was an approx 100rpm difference across the mph range. The MPH change across the entire speedo range was anywhere from 1mph to approx 4mph difference.
as an example a 33 tooth turning at 2000 rpm the 31 tooth was at 2200 rpm. the difference in speed was approx 2 0r 3 mph different.

I tried to do a search for it, but came up empty. However, there are calculators like this all over the net, you just have to have the service manual to plug all the gearing numbers into it

Can't say I really noticed a change at hiway speeds, but for sure when getting off the line.
I think much better over all ratio.
