Around here, you can ride 10 months out of the year if.....you don't mind riding in the rain. I'm going to park mine in October, dust it off in April, I've done rain before, don't mind it that much, it's the two days of cleaning the bike after, that I don't like.

Sorry NW, but in my book a clean bike is the sign of a sad bike. My bike (and my attitude) seems much happier with some dead bugs splattered on the windshield, dust in the corners and wrappers of all kinds stuck in bags or nooks anywhere and the little yellow light saying I need more gas when I just filled yesterday.

A clean bike is a warning sign of a abused/neglected bike?

My 0.02 cents, please don't take it personally..

to be honest i have tryed the crusier. in my area they love sports bikes.

I fell im not getting the use of that bike i expected.

I bought my bike clean but not detailed. I keep it clean. I like it clean. My bike is a happy bike.

I clean all of my tools before they go back in the box. I keep all kinds of cleaners, acetone, etc to keep things clean. I even clean my garage floor and my lift. When I have assembled engines and transmissions they too are always clean. Clean is good.

Hey send us some of the rain......it's been to dang hot here, but on the bright side my road* hasn't seen the inside of the garage since mid June, when I changed the front tire on the garage floor, sweated my butt off then too!
it doesn't get cold enough to think of driving a cage to work, until late October.
