FIRST MOUNTAIN RIDE OF THE YEAR!!! 6 Years ago

Finally, the weather has cleared enough to venture up into the Rockies. About 80 degrees down at my house, a cool(but crystal clear) 55 above 9000'. Rode the Peak to Peak highway for a couple of hours. Plenty of bikes at all the mountain bars, folks with big smiles on thier faces. The mountains all around me were completely snow capped, snow along the sides of the road. "Is this heaven? No, it's Colorado!"

Beautiful mountains in Colorado, my last ride through them last year through Estes Park along with fellow riders during the "Thunder in the Mountains Rally"!!Excellent riding.. Used to live in Cheyenne,Wy. but moved back here to Miami,Fl. I might wind up back there in a couple years.
