Gold is not my style for a bike. Chrome and shine is more my style. Speaking of shine, all of the bike pictures in the forum look mighty shiny. What do you guys use to clean up your bikes? 'Bike Bright' is my favorite but is kind of expensive. Then Wesleys for the white walls. Of course Armoral to make the tires black. I have been using a leaf blower to blow most of the water off. Then a chamois to dry the thing off. Anybody have any good ideas for keeping the * clean?

Not my style either, but on the bright side, it is a Roadie that costs MORE than about any HD I've seen

Speaking of cleaning...What I was told from most of the guys here is that use Pledge (yeah, the furniture polish) on their bikes, chrome and all. Which for those of us down here in Georgia is great considering we can't actually wash our bikes due to water restrictions.

I've been using Pledge on mine and it seems to work just fine. For the windshield Plexus is the product that's been recommended to me.

Always liked the Gold chrome look on my 84 Virago. But this is a little overkill for my taste. But to each his own. And if he gets that $27,000 for it. Good for him!

With all that gold it's ironic that the speedo says "silver" edition I would have redone the speedo to say "gold" edition

BUY IT NOW FOR ONLY $32,000!!!!!

I usually use the Yamaha Instant detailer-cleaner-and polisher spray. Works good. And for the whitewalls I usually steal some of the wife's OXY spay cleaner and spray down the whitewalls, then I give them a good scrub with water and those steel-wool pot scrubber pads (the one's have the blue soapy stuff in them.) Works like a charm.
Wife won't let me use her Pledge on my bike, (She said maybe DOC SHADOW'S WIFE might let HIM get away with it, ....but around here, I'm not allowed! )
(I've heard that the unscented Pledge works awesome on bikes and cars though! )
