The shop probably set the idle to the recommended rpm; about 850-950. If it was loping before then it was probably to low. Just turn the idle adjustment knob until you get the 'effect' you want. However, I would not set it so low that it barely runs Oil pressure decreases as the revs go down. Doc

dvblair: Has anyone cut off the heel portion of the shifter? I never use it and would like to have the extra room. I would like to remove it but it looks like you would need a spacer on the shaft and I'm not sure ...
