Hey Flash, been wondering that myself, but didn't want to be the first one to ask. Now that I'm the second person to ask. Hey BB, What size, and what year is it?

I'll take a stab at it, 1979 XS 1100. Just a guess 1977 xs360? single exhaust has me confused, but that is my normal state.

Now that you mention it, the tank does look like the XS models, i'm just not familier with the XS1100. Is that a 2cylinder or 4cylinder? From the pic looks like a 2. Anyway 1979 was the year I was born!

Looks like my old 750. And I'd say around 83-85.

I'm leaning toward the 77 360.

Take a wild guess here but think it’s a 77 XS 750 DOHC, 3cyl, 64HP, a real beauty!

RoadGrabber takes it. It's a 77 xs750 2-D. 3 cylinder, shafty. It actually moves out halfway decent, for a 30 year old bike. 'Course , the airbox is gone, and it's running k&n pods , with a 3/1 aftermarket exhaust. I cut a foot off the frame behind the shocks, and went "custom" on the rear fender (Northern tool, 12.00 bucks). It needed Everything by the time I got it (it was being given to me or hauled off, just couldn't bear to see it be trashed). I've got more work to do, and will let you see a more finished bobber as it gets there, and it's been keeping me up at nights because it's been the only time I've had to work on it. I've kinda always marched to the beat of a different drummer, that being said, I'm happy with the results. Definitely a nice weather ride, but hey, I've got my Roadie for daily service. BB

Hey BB,

It wasn’t really a wild guess from my part cause I love those vintage bikes and happen to have a small pics collection of the early 70’s models of the big four Japanese manufacturers.

I have had the privilege to ride these wonders myself, I was lucky enough to get my hands on a brand new 78 CB750K FOUR Honda, simply amazing.

Nice bobber by the way, the lack of sleep was worth it.
