i agree with you curt. i think its improper jetting/tuning and the use of higher octane fuels. like you said its the carbon, and thats left from unburned fuel and combustion! just my 2 cents also!

ultrastar: Is anyone planing on going to Star Days this year? its in Reno NV this year thats only about a 5 hour ride for me the last one I went to was in CO. a 2 day ride riding 80 + and 14 hour days
