Hey Silvasilv....first of all, welcome to the forum and owning your first Roadstar. As far as your question about the exhaust, well, since I have the BUB Jug Huggers, I would suggest going with the Bub stubbies. I love my jug huggers...they are definately loud when I get on the throttle hard and have a nice rumble when just cruising thru town or on the open highway. Now as far as the seat goes...I can't really help you there....I still have my stock seat and it seems to work out great for me. Good luck in your decisions man.
