Musky the gas started pouring after I took carb off and put back on did Not disassemble. And there is no washer under the spacer (wich i dropped and searched for for 4 hours)

I think you need to get inside the carb and see what's stuck, not working right, or out of place.

Its weird that you didnt disassemble and THEN it started leaking...but, you are supposed to have that washer on the bottom. Like we said top to bottom...washer, clip, spacer, washer. I know what you mean about looking for those damn little pieces.

Just have got done I put a washer under the space so from top it is washer,clip,spacer,washer I am on 3rd clip with 170 jet baffles back in the exhaust and I changed the fouled out plugs 1 of wich was broke the cone that is around the electrode was broke off and touching. Run out of daylight so I will put back on in the morn and try it out. I put my finger on the float litely and tried to blow thru the fuel line no air would go through until I lifted the float so I know it's seating.

Sounds like dirt in the float bowl valve area. You said you took the carb off but did not dissemble it but you may have 'knocked loose' some dirt (shot in the dark).

When working on a carb you need to always be anal about cleanliness.
