And who knows; maybe the shop isn't even responsible. But still, it's kinda scarry!!!!! Why is she only seeking $100,000 bucks? Did the guy make 5 grand a year? It's too bad that someone else's lack of concern could take a like. I have always done my own wrenching unless it is something over my head in which I bring the component into the shop to have it repaired and then I reassemble the bike. I guess I'll chek my bolts a bit better next time.
