i just got my new Joe Rocket Phoenix 4.0 textile jacket this morning

, and it really is comfortable! it has the protectors in the shoulders, elbows/forearms and the back...but they aren't annoying at all! they are in the exact right places for comfort and protection!

i put the inner liner in and tried that on...it didn't take long for me to get warm. it would suck to have to wear that in the rain on a summer afternoon! it is very durable vinyl though, lot tougher than i expected!

i still don't have my bike back, but a ridin buddy may be gettin an older bike of his runnin for me to ride...so as soon as it quits raining i'll get to try out the new jacket!

the other textile gear wont be here til next week, but if its as good quality as the jacket, i'll be very satisfied!
