Dyno Results 5 Years, 11 Months ago
DJ190 main,stock 35 pilot,clip at 3,PMS 2 1/2
Max Torque =97.1 , Max Power 68.3 If I read
Yamaha`s Stage 2 results from thier web site
I`m about in the middle with good torque. He also
had the CO sensor in and said I was Right On
at idle but a tad lean at full Throttle. He wanted
between 3 and 3.5 at idle and 7 at full throttle.
Said I was dailed in real well and could go to the 195
or not....... So hell if I really know what all
this means but me Bike runs really Good!

Congrats, the Dyno numbers look good.

Interesting that you're a bit lean at WOT with the DJ 190.

Now ..... how long can you leave it alone.

it's carbon monoxide emissions, mate.

simply put, it´s used as an indication of how effectively you´re burning the fuel

Dave,

Numers like what you have are fine, even up to the highest rev ranges. I am not sure why your Dyno operator likes to shoot for 7 in the high ranges, but R*'s just don't need it. They do great at 3.5 to 4 and will suffer somewhat (lower hp) at higher numbers.

It sounds like you are where you need to be.
