clutch install? 5 Years, 11 Months ago
I am installing new barnet friction plates. And one plate is narrower than the rest, does the narrow one go in first or last? Like usual a new part with no instructions.

I don't know if this will help or not but there's an article in the "Tech Tips" on installing the Barnett clutch: Url is: http://roadstarclinic.com/content/view/141/131/

Good luck.

Don't want to be the bearer of bad news but ....

Opinions from people who have tried these friction plates is that the Barnet spring setup with the stock plates is best.
