Put that gas in your lawn mower and fill up with fresh from a different station. I don't see how plugs and pipes could have caused all the trouble you're having.

I swapped out the carb because the old one had always been a pain and the other one had a good choke cable and was really clean. I just moved my old jetting and needle assy into the new one. I think the float is stuck open on the new one otherwise it should be runing. I'll clean my old one up and have it for a spare. My mower won't hold 5 gallions of gas silly. It was a completely new fresh tank from a different staion.

Naw I just went out there and banged it with a ball pen hammer. It was just like I thought the float isn't shutting the gas off when the bowl is full on the new carb. I will yank the carb and set the float level tomorrow stupid me should have checked it before I put the carb on. OH well I need more practice with the carb anyway RIGHT MUSKY?

You sure like tuning wrenches Curt, I prefer to get on and have a trouble free ride. for me tinkering just leads to problems. That being said I am sure there are more things I can and will add to the bike. lol
