yes the pipes on that picture are long but thats because those are with extensions the good thing about Freedom is that you can get the length you want and there are many options with different tips available as far as low well the bike has been lowered to give it the low rider look it uses 1.750" head pipes with heat shields of 2.125" i n diameter and as they told me today when i stopped at their shop there are more option coming up so people can customize their bikes in many ways. it also has stainless steel hardware for durability and strength and the baffles are removable and quiet baffles are also available the company takes their bikes to all rallies and you can see them and heard them. i am telling you guys if you see those pipes in the bike and heard them you will like them. i will get the list of the upcoming events across the states from the company as they go to more than 50 show per year so you can see them. the name of the guy at freedom is Martin you can call him and ask him any questions about the pipes his number is 714-299-6985 i personally think that is good that more companies are working in products for Roadstar.

I agree with that statement. Duals are in short supply, high demand. I'm not knocking their product , just making an observation. Case in point: (though non-related)I was recently getting tires on my company truck in the hood in Atlanta. While I was there a guy with a bent 22 came in , then a guy with a bent 24 a short time later. Rims people! The guy working the shop says they "repair" these all the time , and if the people that bought them only used them as they were meant to be used (and he said as show car wheels), they wouldn't have these issues.

Now , when I look at these pipes , I see show bike pipes. Not necessarily a bad thing. But most of our members are Riders , not polishers. So if I'm spending 900 large on exhaust , the last thing I want them to do is drag in real world riding situations. That's my point , not knocking the mans product. 2 cents, BB

Like I said before the pics of the pipes on the roadstar looks great, but they look like computer generated (cartoon) to me. I would rather see a picture of them installed on an actuall roadstar! This is what i'm getting at, I'm not knocking this product, I really want a set of true dual pipes that run one on each side of the bike, but until I actually see a real roadstar with these I will wait. If this company has come out with this product looks like they would show it on the actuall bike.........From the pics shown they will definetly drag the ground on my bike, I have the Baron's lowering kit on the rear.......thanks for giving more info and a contact person, but let's see a real pic please, it will help out alot more!

I too want a true set of duel pipes but I thought that Roadhouse Dooleys were expensive I can't even imagine paying $900.00. Do these companies think that those of us who ride motorcycles are made of money??Their selling pipes that have $30.00 dollars worth of pipe, maybe 3-4 hours worth of labor to bend and weld and get ready for chrome plating. Then another possible 100.00 worth of chrome. I can see companies making money but be reasonable. I beleive that if these people out there really want to sell their products to us they would sell them at a more reasonable price and then they would sell more of the product. I would rather sell 100 sets of pipes at $400.00 then one set of pipes at $900.00.

hi there i called the company regarding the price for the true duals and he said that the final price wont be like the price for the HD and they are still working with the final numbers and the price will be available sometime next week most companies have increased their prices due to steel prices increase for the past three months and according to the company chrome is very expensive in CA because regulations and EPA this True Duals system has 10 to 12 pcs that need to be polish like mirror and chrome. the next event for Freedom performance is in March 14 - March 16, 2008

Wow, bout missed this one. Busy time of year for me, and don't get on as often.
I've had my eye on these pipes ever since I saw them posted on the RSR a couple months ago. Best looking pipes I've seen. Look better than my Roadhouse, and a lot better than the Hackers. Wouldn't want the extended tips on mine, but would look awesome on a nice bobber with a set of giant apes!!
Freedom Performance been around awhile in the HD world. Bout time somebody else starting giving the Road* more credibility. Really anxous to see final price though. Who knows, may be a set of Roadhouse doollys for sale soon.

Friend of mine in our chapter just installed these on his 00 R* and he is a real rider. He switched from the Roadhouse duals to these I will check them out and try to get some pics when I catch up with him. I'm mulling over switching from my V&H Powershots to his RH duals..

Well I guess since these guys will be at the Rodeo by the river I will go check them out. It's about a 34 mile ride and since it's been in the low 80's here it will be a great ride. Oh sorry all you guys still sitting in snow it really hurts when I have to tell you our temp's.LMAO
I was seriously thinking about the RoadHouse Dooleys which the best price I can find was 677.00 with free shipping. But I will look at these pipes and see what kind of offer they make me.

Just got off the phone with Martin from Freedom Performance. He offered me a set of the true duels slash cuts with heat shields and all hardware for $700.00
I gave him a deposit for a set to bring them to the Rodeo By The River this weekend. If I like what I see and CoachDan has not mislead me!LOL
I will purchase them. If I do purchase them I will take some pictures and post them so everyone can see what they look like. And if I don't purchase them I will let everyone know why I didn't!
