Cruise Control 5 Years, 11 Months ago
Just want to let you guys know I installed the Breakaway Products
cruise control on my Bike this weekend.It works great.Install was
a breeze.Except for a 5/16ths wrench and a 10mm out of my own tool box,
install was completed with allens that came with the kit.This should
really come in handy on our up coming trip to Thunder on the Mountain
in BrainHead,Ut.this July,a 500 mile + round trip.

See Ya In July(I`ll be the Classic Candy Red one passing all the Harleys}

Dave,

Coule you take a few moments and pen down the process you went through to install it?

Maybe an outline, and a list of tools?

I would loeve to have it in the 'new tech tips' folder.

I use a piece of rubber tubing to wedge between the throttle and throttle housing when I want to disengage I just pull, while engaged you can adjust the speed by rolling on or off the throttle.
30cents for tubing and 3 cents for plastic ties.
