Brake Pads 4 Years, 2 Months ago
I am going to change my Brake pads, really for the front because they are starting to squeak when I press on the Brake. The Rear is fine but want to check it anyway, I have ordered a complete set for Front and Rear. I am wondering if there is a thread on here on changing the pads, I know it is not hard, I just wanted to read up on it so I will know what I am dealing with that is all.

Just do a search for brake pads and you'll get some good info.

Might want to think about changing out the fluid at the same time .... especially if you have not done it previously.

I changed over my pads a 600 miles.

Went with semi-metalic over factory pads...

I couldn't keep up with the break dust fom the factory pads,

Also, semi's cut way down on the squeeling and scritching noises...

Rotors are wearing more even with the semi-metal too...
