#6961 BlkCherryBomb (User) If I do it today, then what is tomorrow for? Junior Boarder Posts: 186 choke problem 2 Years, 5 Months ago   Ok.....This is new to me. My choke lever won't stay pulled out all of a sudden. If I pull it out, it pulls itself back. It happens with or without the engine running. Is there an adjustment nut loose somewhere, or is the cable maybe hung up? I guess you would call it a gromment. Just tighten that by hand and you will be all set. The nut on the back of the bracket holds it to the bracket, the gromment or round nut on the front adjusts the tension.
