Recall done - pick up tomorrow 8 Months, 2 Weeks ago
Anything in particular you think I should look or listen for when I pick it up after recall work?

Thanks in advance.

Not trying to be mean but....... Dents, scratches, broken parts, missing parts, oil leaks, noises that weren't there before, all the lights work.

just got mine back from recall and the thing leaked almost a quart of oil onto my chrome from a line they didnt connect properly so id say make sure the bottom of ur engine is dry and then ride it for a while and check it again to see if you are leaking sumwhere, I had oil under the seat on the battery, on the pipes and the whole right side from tranny back, just something to think about

It's only for the 1600's. 99 - 03. No recalls on your bike. You can breath now .

Musky, Silvasilv, you install such confidence. I plan to get some ride time after I pick it up. I'll check it over pretty well when I get home. I am no mood to have to take it back in for them to fix their #!*&#@!ups.

Sorry man But there are a lot of horror stories from people who have run into all that stuff. Just want you to be aware so you know to look for it all.

oh and when i got mine back the rear wheel was making a clicking sound like a torque wrench every couple of feet when walking it, it went away and just came back again this afternoon, I think it is because they overtightened the belt and the weather changes, but who knows...I'm sure your bike will be fine friend
