I did mine on Saturday, it took me about an hour. I had an automotive lift at my shop to lift the bike. Worked sweet, the bike looks sweet lowered. I did not remove anything but the shock, relay arm, and dog bone assembly. You can easily check the clearacne of the flipped relay arm that way.
