Same here - 3" HK's. AIS gone, big air kit with K&N filter, crankcase vent removed from air box & re-routed to ground. I know it has been jetted but I don't know to what. All I know is it runs like a raped ape.

does removing crankcase vent from air box and moving it to ground help anything?

Khrome Werks slash cuts. Even my wife loves the sound of 'em. Stock airbox, AIS being removed very soon.

Less chance of oil getting in if you overfill or get hot. The amount is minimal.

AIS is for emmissions. It introduces fresh air into the exhaust post combustion....also causes puffing, farting and backfires.....it is fugly! I disabled mine, then after a week or so completely removed it.

Bub BigWilly's, with Baron's "Nasty's" slash cut tips. Still got the baffles in and they sound great. Not loud enough to make the neighbors complain, but they blast pretty loud when you get down on them. I just got several compliments this weekend about the sound, one from a guy who rides an Indian, and several from HD riders in my club.
