#80575 Butter Bean (User) As I shifted into 5th I forgot why she was nagging Expert Boarder Posts: 500 bad move on my part 4 Years ago   Well here I am this morning puttin the needle into my carb on the valve body. I go to put the little keeper that keeps the needle in place in the body and it snapped 2 prongs in the valve body good day so far, then i go to take everything back out and brop the whole thing...good by washer, good by little spring, and good by spacer...what a damn morning, so that is how my jetting is going so far Butter Bean   Logged       The administrator has disabled public write access. #80576 SobaCracka (User) It's best to eat crow while fresh. That part is expensive you have to buy entire slider unit. When you do get the new one add some grease to the O ring on the keeper and be sure to insert it straight. The grease will let it slide in very easy and come out easy when needed.
