Unlike the often used saying

you can switch back to dino if you wish. But I don't know why one would.

The weight depends on what ambient temps you usually run. Check the manual for the recommended ranges.

On the other hand, you are limited in your choices.

I've used various grades. I found at the wide range, 5W50, the bike was too noisy for me. I run 15W50 and I'm satifisfied with its performance.
