Sewing machine 5 Years, 9 Months ago  
OK, I was trying to describe a noise my bike makes and someone asked if it sounded like a sewing machine. Don't remember who. Anyway, haven't heard a sewing machine since I was 6 so maybe it does sound like one. To whoever asked, what do I need to look at if this is the noise?

On my last ride I just finished hemming my chaps.

It's normal. I believe it's the square cut gears making the noise.
