I have been going 70 mph down I-20 east of Dallas many times and had a couple crotchers fly by me on a 100 mph wheely. I was on a Norton 750 and traffic had ground to a stop on the freeway. So I get the brilliant idea to blow down the shoulder. About the 5th car I passed at just under light speed was a CHP unit.
